"I left State Farm last Summer and picked up USAA. USAA is headquarters in San Antonio Texas and do not have a local office. I experienced some online challenges and could not make a payment. I was told that only security could help.Needless to say I was p-off!! I called State Farm they reinstated me with minimal effort on my part.I am happy to have good help and they are local.
